We are delighted to confirm that Mark Needham has passed his higher rights tests,  and is now entitled to act as a Solicitor Advocate in civil matters.  This means he has the same rights of audience as any barrister before the civil courts – in addition to being entitled to continue to act as a solicitor.

Mark Needham is one of the firm’s high flyers.  He was appointed a Director of Bargate Murray only a few weeks ago.
